The most money hungry vets
The staff are absolutely lovely (Thank you) but I have been using this vets for years at present and have slowly watched the prices changing, it used to exist a real good family vets but now its just a money motorcar, I took my cat in today and because he hadn't been in for xviii months, I was billed an actress £37.50, just because he hadn't been in for 18 months. (company policy)
1st of all I was told that he couldn't be institute in the reckoner hence the extra cost only when he was found, I had to pay the actress cost because of this "he hasn't been seen for xviii months, there is no other word for it but beingness fined for having a healthy animal.
Everybody I've told about this just tin can't believe it

The staff were totally understanding, and supportive
to my end of life asking for my elderly toy Yorkie.
The vets carried out the dignified euthanasia with total care and compassion. On a Sunday morning.

At first great but I'm not sure any…
At first great only I'm not sure any more. True cat was foaming at the mouth kept him in very skillful intendance. Cat sent dwelling house where he sneezed constantly and and so we pull a 15cm piece of grass from his nose. £700 down and somehow they didn't meet this! It has now taken 13 days and counting for them to fill up in my insurance firms! I accept chased the insurer has chased. No response to email and phones keep cutting out. Therefore I wouldn't recommend as I am seriously out of pocket and the advice is dreadful when you desire them to practise something only happy to take your money! Shame vets were nice but the administration is poor.

Pity
bear witness of compassion Sadly we had to say goodbye to our love cat Pedro. It is an awful time but this vet prove so much pity and was very professional person. We were given fourth dimension, and even offered a cup of tea. But most of all was the time and patience shown to our lovely cat who deserved the best and got the best. I am pleased that we came to yous. Not merely the vet but the reception staff were kind and offered their sympathy. The follow upwardly service was also very good.

Not a very good feel
Mayhap I was unlucky as the other reviews here seem OK. Yet, I tried to book an appointment via the phone, I was told to get online and register. I went online and registered and then called back to book an appointment and was told that there aren't whatsoever places available, they aren't really interested in my custom correct at present, they are busy enough and that I should become to another VET. Amazing.

Best vet in Warrington
I take my cats here. All-time vet in Warrington by far. The vets and nurses are so lovely with the animals. They are very professional and thorough. The reception staff are always welcoming and caring. Also you can always get a quick appointment and charges are less than other vets in the surface area. Sara especially is a truly kind, thoughtful, professional person vet. Give them a go.

Cannot do Pet travel documents! Chosen this vet practise and asked…
Called this vet practice and asked whether they can produce paperwork for pet travelling abroad. Had been told they can. Travelled 25 miles to engagement. On the day they refused to change the port of entry from Dover Eurotunnel to Dover Port. Called DEFRA and was told they should have on the spot as it makes no difference. They gave us AHC and forgot to inform we also need EHC. So turns out practice is not registered with DEFRA for a year and VA is the actual director. This manager so called and gave me incorrect communication on travel stating that blood examination is also required. I checked with DEFRA and it wasn't. This cannot be worse. For travel documents don't bother unless want to waste material money and time. Admittedly irresponsible management.

We have had nothing simply splendid…
We have had nix merely excellent service from The Vet in Southampton. Our dog has had 3 operations at that place at present and the attention has been get-go class. Her 2 nd cruciate ligament operation went far improve than her offset which was carried out by a so chosen specialist in Winchester. Nothing simply praise for sll the staff.👍👍👍😃😃😃

We could not have asked for more than
Dr Paulo and Dr Margarita saved our domestic dog'south life afterwards we'd received insufficient care whilst abroad. This argument is inadequate to describe the dedicated and extended care they have given - including working at the weekend to notice someone to make up some medication that was non available anywhere in Portugal or Espana.
I cannot recommend them highly enough.

on my most recent visit when I sat down on a chair in their dog waiting area, equally I look down to pet my dog I meet urine slowly creeping out from under the chair I'm on. I get upwards and inform reception of the mess, they moped it upward and wipe with a moisture wipe only the women didn't wash her hands after and got dorsum to piece of work touching all her desk and peoples orders of medicines. its never clean there and they were very ho-hum to get upwards and clear information technology upwards, but i of the receptionists also and non a cleaner.

Admittedly outstanding service, friendly staff, and very caring and compassionate. They looked after my boy Oscar with such care and attention until the very finish. I would highly recommend The Vet Southampton to anyone who is looking for someone to love their pets as much as they practice.

What amazing service
What amazing service. They've fitted united states in due to the serious condition, kind and caring. Allowing us enough of time with our beautiful girl after making the hardest decision to let her go. We were so incredibly grateful to then receive a carte of condolence through the post, meant they absolute world. Highly recommended for all fauna intendance. Thankyou!

The Vet Morden is a fantastic practice
The Vet Morden is a fantastic practice. I took my canis familiaris there today for his annual vaccinations and the staff are always and so polite and helpful. I have always been seen on time and the Vet e'er takes time to collaborate with Bailey before doing any checks. They are also reasonably priced compared with a lot of other private vets. Would definitely recommend.

Regarding my dogs vaccination
I had to have my pet re vaccinated because of the covid restrictions.
I found THE VET on Google.
They're prices were very reasonable and I couldn't really afford them vaccination, and pdsa weren't doing them so I went to THE VET and got an appointment quite promptly.
My overall impression was that the practice is well run,friendly, and very clean.

Barn Lodge Skelmersdale
Befouled Guild Skelmersdale. Just want to say a big thanks to the staff at Barn lodge. I was faced with the difficult determination to take my 16 twelvemonth one-time canis familiaris put to slumber, they treated him with the apical nobility and provided reassurance and compassion at such a difficult time. I decided to accept an individual cremation for Oscar and have just picked up the ashes in a beautiful presentation box along with a bill of fare of condolence. To say I was touched by the service would exist an understatement. Excellent practice, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

Shockingly Bad Service! Beware!!
I can't actually believe this company notwithstanding has the cheek to email me .
My Cocker Spaniel was dying of Pancreatitis,I took her to the Millbrook Vet ,they charged me a fortune for all kinds of treatments,I asked to exist kept up to appointment , then belatedly in the 24-hour interval ,I was contacted to be told she had to stay in,simply they don't take any night time staff,then I'd have to take her to another vet,and so bring her back in the morning OR...I could exit her in that location overnight unsupervised...
Absolutely shocking experience...exist very very careful and ask these questions before yous sign upwardly with this so called cheap alternative
