    Weight Goal from 240 to 200

    I have been fatty for as well long, information technology has negatively affected my life in too many means. Guys don't tend to respect me and women don't pay whatever attention to me. I find it hard to make friends, specially sense I am so self-conscious on how I look. I detest that I sweat in almost any scenario outside my habitation, including walking during a sunny day from class to grade. I can rarely notice squeamish clothes that fit, and if I exercise observe something information technology won't fit a twelvemonth later. Both my parents have wellness issues including heart problems, cholesterol, and high claret pressure. If I remain obese I will inevitability follow that path as well.

    I want to exist fit and healthy. I desire to transform my trunk by non just losing fat but gaining musculus and beingness congenital. I desire people to admire me, having a body that I can exist proud of. I will lose ~40 pounds to get downwardly to 200 pounds idea I know that won't be enough for a transformation; this is stage 1 of my weight loss journey.

    I will use this thread to occasionally log in mt food intake and excises as well equally any progress or backslide (I have been on an unsuccessful weight loss journey for a few years now).

    You got this bro! yous can do it. I'm on the same road as yous trying to change my body to become ultimately more healthy. I was roughly 230 pounds about 5 weeks ago , at present im at 220.5 . I would go on the elliptical 5 days a week for nearly xxx - 45 minutes. Then afterwards i commonly would train a specific musculus group for that solar day. The fundamental to it is staying consequent with the gym. The more than hard piece of work y'all put in the meliorate results you'll become. Only watch what you swallow and workout hard and you'll be fine. Smaller proportions piece of work neat. If you get hungry in betwixt meals you could snack on raw peanuts.     My workout schedule as of now is created by my friend and I, we bask it and have seen some strength gains from it. For each main muscle we go 3 different exercises at 3 sets viii reps on normal or 3 sets at 5 reps on heavy days and we also have light days upwardly to 12-fifteen reps.     Only weighed in today and lost 1 pound from last week. Currently at 238.4

    three weeks of constant weight loss so I'one thousand happy nearly that even though its been less than 2 pounds each time. I call up I might decrease my calories past most 200 everyday and see if it might increase to 2 pounds.

    I thought we talked nearly this.
    You need at least double the dietary fat your consuming.
    Dietary fat =/= body fat.
    Do yous want to have low exam, low libido, crappy moods, low hormones etc?

    Lower your carbs in favour for more dietary fat.
    Olive oil, nuts, peanut butter, total fat dairy, cheese, bacon, whole eggs, fatty cuts of meat.

    I know, but I wanted to change the fat on my weigh in. I was planning on consuming at least 90 of fatty starting today lol. I just don't like changing diets mid-way through a calendar week.

    I fifty-fifty bought the red-cap milk with total fatty rather than the skim milk I've been using for years.

    What is your LBM? Keep in mind, this is just a gauge, but I would say your fats should be somewhere betwixt 65-70g per day.

    Total fatty lost by following advice in stickies: ~100+ lbs.

    With those LBM numbers y'all should exist around 58-68g fat. 144 LBM being 58g fat and the other stop of the spectrum being 168 LBM at 68g fat.

    Thats if you become by the high body fat calculation at .4g per lb of LBM

    I have a accommodate-instance full of brand-new M,50, and XL shirts that I bought when I was effectually 190 pounds (skinny-fat) a few years back.

    Many of the shirts are cheesy due south-pole or have some characters on them like family guy shirts. Simply I would like to fit in them sometime in the about-future lol.

    Also, I started eating more fruits and vegetables. But today I had strawberries, banana, kale, carrots, spinach, cucumber, and celery.

    I decided to up my fatty intake every bit well as it was very well and decided to decrease my calories past 200 to 1900, hopefully assuasive for 1.5-2 pounds weekly weightless. ane pound is just too tedious!

    If I lose weight on my adjacent weigh-in on Sunday, information technology will be 4 consecutive weeks of weight loss. The average is simply a pound a week, but that is exciting to lose weight the unabridged calendar month. I really promise I lose weight this week though...

    woke up this forenoon and scale says I am 235.four which is 3 pounds down from terminal weeks 238.4 I measured my waist and information technology went down for the first time from 46in to 45! I measured twice to make sure and that thing said 45!!

    This basically means I have lost weight 4 weeks in a row, an unabridged month of progress. I am not certain how much water is in that 3 pounds so mayhap I should expect some gain by next weeks weigh-in.
